    i-HL ibandakanya ukufundiswa kwenkqubo yemfundo okanye imodyuli ngamaxesha azinzileyo okufunda ngokupheleleyo kwi-intanethi, okongezwa ngamathuba ambalwa/amafutshane, nangona kunjalo ngamaxesha entsebenziswano engamandla kunye nokuzibandakanya (‘ukubhloka amaxesha kwikhalenda’) ukubakho nokungabikho kwikhampasi (F2F) iiseshoni zoqhamshelwano.Funda ngaphezulu nge- HL apha.

Egumbini lokufunda: Ingaba izilayidi zam namanqaku emodyuli kufuneka abe kweliphi ulwimi? 

Ngoko-Mgaqo-Nkqubo woLwimi  we-SU (2022:7), yonke imathiriyeli yokufunda kufuneka ifumaneke ubuncinane ngeSingesi, ngaphandle kokuba imodyuli imalunga nolwimi ngokwalo,cinga ngokwenza amanqaku kunye nezilayidi zifumaneke ngesi- Afrikansi ngokunjalo. Ukuba kunokwenzeka cinga ngokwenza amanqaku kunye nezilayidi zakho ngesi-Afrikaansi ngokunjalo,  ukuxhasa  ingqondo yeelwimi ezininzi   iYunivesithi inqwenela ukuyikhuthaza phakathi kwabafundi kunye nabasebenzi. Ukuba kukho imfuneko yokufundisa, bandakanya isiXhosa kwizifundo zakho ngokunjalo– inkxaso-mali yokuphumeza ulwimi iyafumaneka ukuze kwenziwe inguqulelo kwisi-Afrikansi kunye nesiXhosa. Ngaphezulu, iifakhalthi zingenisa izicwangciso zolwimi unyaka ngamnye. Isicwangciso solwimi sefakhalthi yakho siya kugqiba malunga nolwimi ekufuneka ulisebenzise ukufundisa.

Ewe, kwaye inkxaso-mali iyabonelelwa. IYunivesithi yabele ukuphunyezwa kolwimi inkxaso-mali enokusetyenziswa kwinguqulelo nokuhlelwa kwemathiriyeli yokufunda kwifakhalthi nganye. Xa uye kwiZiko loLwimi ukuze wenzelwe  inguqulelo  yemathiriyeli yokufunda, uya kunikwa ingxelo yamaxabiso onokuyisebenzisa ukwenza isicelo senkxaso-mali yokuphumeza isicwangciso solwimi. Ingxelo yabafundi ekufundiseni kwabahlohli abatsha ifuneka kuphela kunyaka wesibini beqeshiwe. Ingxelo ingafumaneka kunyaka wokuqala xa ubani eqeshiwe ngenjongo yokuyisebenzisa ngexesha lothetha-thethwano olulandelayo kunye nabacebisi be-CTL ukuze uxoxe ngeziphumo kunye nenkxaso enokunikwa. Kucetyiswa ukuba iziphumo zisetyenziswa ukwazisa nokuphuhlisa ukufundisa, ukufunda kunye novavanyo e-SU. Nangona kunjalo, akukho mgaqo-nkqubo ugxininisa ngokucacileyo ocacisa ukuba makwenzeke ntoni ngeziphumo. Ingxelo yabafundi inokuba neenjongo ezahlukeneyo kubasebenzisi abohlukeneyo.     • Ukuxhobisa abahlohli ukuze uphucule ukufundisa kwabo.
    • Ukwenza igalelo kwimfundo yobungcali kwimfundo yabahlohli.
    • Ukuba yinxalenye yenkqubo yokufundisa nokufunda.
    • Ukwandisa amava abafundi okufunda nokufundisa.
    • Ukuqinisekisa ukusebenza ngempumelelo koyilo kunye nokunikezelwa kwekhosi.
    • Ukunceda abafundi bacingisise ngamava abo kwaye kubonelelwe ngezimvo ezakhayo kwinkqubo yokufundisa nokufunda.
    • Khomba ukusebenza okulungileyo.
    • Ukwenza igalelo lokubeka iliso kunye nokuphonononga uhlobo nemigangatho. 

E-SU, sikhuthaza ukuba ingxelo yabafundi kufuneka kuqala ijolise ekuxhobiseni abahlohli ukuze baphucule ukufundisa kwabo. Kuphela emva koko, apho ingxelo yabafundi inokusetyenziselwa nayiphina injongo, kwaye ngoko, ngobulumko obukhulu.

Ingaba ingxelo abafundi iyimfihlo?

Ewe, iyimfihlo. Inkqubo yengxelo yabafundi yenziwa ngendlela yokuba abafundi kunye nabasebenzi bengxelo yabafundi ibe ngabo kuphela, abanalo ufikelelo kumaphepha emibuzo. Abafundi bazalisa amaphepha emibuzo ngokungaziwa, kwaye abahlohli abanalo ufikelelo kwinkqubo okanye naliphina iphepha lemibuzo.

Iingxelo ezenziweyo emva kokuvalwa kwephepha lemibuzo nazo ziphathwa ngemfihlo egqibeleleyo. Kuphela ngumhlohli othile onguyena owenzelwe ingxelo okwaziyo ukufikelela kwingxelo yakhe. Ikopi yengxelo ithunyelwa ngokunjalo kwintloko yesebe kunye nomlawuli wefakhalthi.
