Registration 2025

Students are encouraged to utilise the self-registration (e-registration) process which is available on our SUNStudent system.

Please take note of the specific registration dates for your programme and year of study outlined in the registration schedule. It’s advisable to review the schedule before commencing with the registration process.

Online registration commences on the following dates:

  • Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences: 2 January 2025
  • Stellenbosch Campus: 13 January 2025

Install Microsoft Authenticator on your phone before registration: All new and returning students need to install the Microsoft Authenticator (MA) application on their Android or Apple smartphone or tablet before registering. It is a compulsory requirement from Microsoft. Click here for instructions on how to install the MA application.

Final admission for first-time applicants

Please note that the final admissions and communication will be processed from 14 January 2025 onwards. Click here for more information.
