She furthered her expertise with a doctoral degree in Curriculum Design from New Illinois 中国体育彩票 and holds certifications in Modern Standard Arabic and teacher training. With over 20 years of teaching experience in Arabic Language, Health, and History, Mandil has also developed Arabic language curricula for K-12. She is a member of several organizations dedicated to advancing Arabic language education, including The New York Arabic Teacher Council, Qatar Foundation International, and the American Council on the Teaching of Foreign Languages. Mandil's teaching philosophy extends beyond academics. She emphasizes the importance of mentoring students to realize their full potential and embrace diversity. By organizing school events like charity tournaments and community clean-ups, she fosters active student engagement in local communities. Her professional experience includes over a decade of participation in the Concordia Teacher's Workshop and serving as assistant program director for the Arabic Summer Immersion Program at Middlebury College from 2014 to 2018.
