Choice Events
Maties are spoiled for choice of a wide range of stimulating academic and social events. Please find below the details of selected events particularly recommended to the PhD and postdoctoral community on the SU Tygerberg campus.
Spotlight Series
The Spotlight Series has been hosted by Tygerberg International for several years. In 2025, the Tygerberg Doctoral Office will for the first time collaborate on this project. These bi-annual events give academics the opportunity to link their research to the topical themes of key national and international commemorative days. Although the event has been offered in hybrid format since the pandemic, in-person attendance is preferred as far as possible. Please do register for the event, once invitations are circulated.
