Caruché, fresh out of university, is one of the youngest members of the student finances team.
However, she is already known for her prompt responses to queries and helpful feedback to colleagues. She goes the extra mile to resolve issues. She created an impressively succinct NSFAS Q&A from an enormous amount of information earlier in the year despite being relatively new to the role.
She is proactive, hardworking, and diligent. She is kind and supportive in her service to students. She can contribute to the teams on specific short-term and immediate solutions and make broader, strategic, and longer-term contributions. In the high-pressure circumstances of student finances, she is calm and collected and can still think clearly under pressure.
Caruché has proven to be proactive, always available, willing to assist and ready to take on any challenge. She is wise beyond her years and demonstrates a high EQ – which is extremely valuable in a challenging client-facing environment. She is an asset not only to CUBL but also to SU as a whole.
